Louisville Dining | Birracibo

January 24, 2018

Hey, y’all! I was given the opportunity to try out Birracibo yesterday and it was a wonderful afternoon. Before we discuss the deliciousness, I want to thank Toni and the Marketing Team at Fourth Street Live for having me; furthermore, thank you to the manager and AJ (waiter) for making it a memorable lunch!

Birracibo gets its name from the Italian language – “birra” means beer, while “cibo” means food. The conjoined word highlights their devotion to providing high-quality artisan pizzas & Italian foods, showcased alongside regional craft beers, wine pairings, and cocktails.

Any meal that starts with calamari is a meal for me.

The spaghetti pie — delicious. Inside the pie is tightly compacted, buttery Alfredo; the crust, which was the best part, is made of cheese: parmesan, provolone, and mozzarella. It’s topped with marinara sauce, with the option to add a side of meatballs.

This brownie. Enough said.

If you are in the area, go visit them! Good food at a great price point, alongside a very accommodating, kind staff!

You can visit Birracibo at Fourth Street Live, 445 S. Fourth Street, Louisville, KY. 502-915-8113. Tell them that I sent ya!

As always, happy eating!

My best,
